What are you working hours?
Our typical working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6 PM. However, we understand that our clients may be located in different time zones, so we are more than happy to modify our working hours to better suit your needs. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service, and we believe that being flexible can help us achieve that. Please feel free to reach out if you require a different time frame!
I only need a few hours of assistance here and there, will you still be able to help?
In our initial consultation, we will have the opportunity to discuss your specific needs in detail, as well as determine the number of hours of assistance that you might require. We understand that every situation is unique, so our pricing structure is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate what works best for you!
If you have opted for one of our comprehensive packages, we are pleased to inform you that any last-minute tasks are included at no additional cost! However, if you find yourself in need of a standalone last-minute task, please note that there will be a base charge of £20 per hour for this service.
